About Linen Suite

Our story

Linen Suite started in a laundromat. Co-founder Alejandro Chang grew up working in his family's laundromats in South Florida, where he learned the trade from the floor up: sorting, washing, finishing, and keeping every customer's order right.

In 2017 he and Jorge Rodriguez, who met in college, started a laundry pickup and delivery operation in Miami. They built it themselves, working nights, running the first routes in their own van, and growing one account at a time. Today that operation processes more than 100,000 pounds of linen a week, and Linen Suite brings it to the businesses where clean, counted linen matters most: hotels and resorts.

Our mission

Our mission is to make linen the one thing a hotel never has to worry about: every piece counted, every delivery on time, and one person who answers for your account.

Who we are

Linen Suite is a hotel-exclusive commercial linen service with ten years of industry experience and more than 100,000 pounds of linen processed every week. We speak the language of Rooms Directors, General Managers, and Directors of Housekeeping because those are the professionals we serve and support every day.

We do not try to be everything to everyone. By focusing exclusively on hotels and resorts, we design our routes, item-tracking processes, and quality standards around the realities of hotel operations: high occupancy, rapid room turnovers, and zero tolerance for linen shortages or inventory discrepancies.

What we believe

Linen should be invisible. When it is handled properly, no one thinks about it—the beds are made, the linens are bright and fresh, and the carts are fully stocked. Our job is to keep it that way, quietly and consistently, week after week.
