How is hotel linen service priced?
Linen Suite prices hotel linen by the pound — the industry's standard model for volume laundry. Your weekly poundage drives the number, higher and steadier volume usually earns a lower rate, and your quote shows exactly what each line covers.
There's no published one-size rate, because a 60-room boutique and a 400-room resort have very different needs. What you get is a clear, itemized quote built around your real volume, not a generic price list.
What's included in the quote?
Pickup and delivery on a route timed to your occupancy, commercial-grade washing and finishing to a hotel-white standard, inspection on every cycle, item-level counting on every pickup and return, and a dedicated account manager. There is no long-term contract requirement — terms and any minimums are laid out up front, so there are no surprise surcharges later.
The four factors in your quote
Volume
Your weekly poundage. Higher, steadier volume usually lowers your cost per pound.
Linen mix
Sheets, towels, duvet covers, robes, and pool towels each wash and finish differently, so the blend matters.
Route frequency
How often we pick up and deliver, from a few times a week to daily, set around your occupancy.
Specialty items
Duvet inserts, pillows, and other specialty pieces process differently from flat linen and terry, so they are quoted as their own line.
